Bacur distilled dry gin owes its character to the botanicals used to produce it. Apple berries, sage leaves and lemon zest are left to macerate for a long time in a solution of water and alcohol. Then a double distillation is carried out, during which excess liquid is removed and an elegant distillate with a delicate bouquet is created. The final characteristics of this gin are closely related to the quality and quantity of botanicals used, as well as the conditions under which the aromatic compounds are produced from them.
