Delivery

The standard delivery price is 50 lei.

The minimum order amount should be 200 lei.

Free delivery is avialable for orders over 1000 lei within the city Chisinau.

We provide delivery only for the city of Chisinau.

Delivery is carried out to the entrance (if possible). Otherwise, to the place where
the buyer will provide access to the car.

Orders are between 11:00 - 19:00.

Our operator will be able to process your order:

• from 09:00 to 19:00 on weekdays
• lunch break beetwen 12:00 - 13:00
• from 10:00 to 18:00 on Saturday
• Sunday - Closed

All orders left after 17:00 are automatically transferred to
next day.

The waiting time for an order will be announced by the operator over the phone; it can vary from 3 to 8 hours.

Estimated delivery time is 3-4 hours after confirmation of the order by the operator.

*Delivery time may vary depending on time of order placed, travel
movements or holidays.

The payment for the order is made only for the quantity goods delivered:

• Payment in cash upon delivery.


• Bank card upon delivery (VISA, Master Card).




 

The actual cost of the order may differ from the pre-order if:

Some products are replaced or are unavialable.

The order is accompanied by a cash receipt and payment (in case of payment by credit card). If you need
additional documents, request them when confirming the order with the operator.

If you are not avialable at the specified delivery time, please inform the operator to change the delivery time.

When receiving an order, carefully check the quantity and products indicated on the receipt.
