THE BITTER TRUTH
The creation of the "Tiki Lovers" Pineapple recipe traces back to the past, when Caribbean distillers macerated fresh pineapples in strong sugarcane spirits, thus adding fruity notes to the rum. It is based on rum distillates and 100% natural extracts from tropical pineapples sourced from South America. The fruits are harvested at peak ripeness, and their sweet juice is extracted through pressing. Then, a complex extract is made from the unfermented juice, which is added to the rum blend.
