Ambrozia Late Harvest Chardonnay is an outstanding late-harvest wine made using the Tokaj technique, with grapes affected by the noble rot Botrytis cinerea, which gives the wine its unmistakable character. A botrytised wine, rare in Moldova. Sweet, 10% ABV, 0.35 L bottle. Serve at 12 °C with dessert, blue cheese or at the end of a meal.
