The wine was obtained by maceration-fermentation at controlled temperature, followed by aging in oak barrels for 3 years. A wine full of personality, with an intense perfume. Notes of well-ripened fruits such as bitter cherry and fig are enveloped and tempered by aromas of chocolate, vanilla and raisins.
