Mileștii Mici semi-dry sparkling wine is made by the Charmat method from a blend of European white wines. Straw-golden in colour, with fine, persistent bubbles and a rich aroma of flowers and fresh fruit. The noble, elegant taste pairs well with salads, Brie cheese and bruschetta. Serve at 6–8 °C.
