Univers Riesling de Rhin is a dry white wine, delicate, with aromas of wild fruit, slightly mineral and fresh. It balances sweetness and acidity, with notes of honey and acacia blossom. Yellow with greenish highlights and an aroma of tropical fruit, wildflowers and honey. Pairs with seafood, baked fish, sashimi and appetisers, at 8–10 °C.
