Dry red wine, a blend of two distinctive grape varieties. The indigenous Fetească Neagră dominates the blend (81%), complemented by the Georgian variety Saperavi (19%).
The wine displays an intense, deep ruby-red color. Its aromatic profile is rich and expressive, revealing pronounced notes of blueberry, black cherry, black pepper, and subtle hints of vanilla.
The grapes were harvested from vineyards located in the village of Mircești, in central Moldova, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. The blend was aged for 12 months in oak barrels and further matured in bottle prior to release.
The wine has already reached its optimal drinking window but retains an aging potential of at least 5 years.
It pairs beautifully with beef, grilled lamb, pork goulash, or chocolate mousse. Decanting is recommended before serving.
