Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer is made only from natural ingredients, without artificial sweeteners, flavorings or preservatives. To get a rich ginger taste, three varieties of ginger were selected, which are significantly different in taste. A variety is delivered from Cochin in India that gives the drink a rich, earthy, almost chocolate flavor. Fresh green ginger arrives from Côte d'Ivoire, which has incredible freshness and hints of lemongrass. The discovery of this ginger was for Charles and Tim a real moment of the “eureka”. Charles personally visited farmers in Côte d'Ivoire who grow this unique ginger and distill oils specifically for the Fever-Tree. Finally, Nigerian ginger gives the drink a deep, intense aroma. It perfectly complements the fresh piquant and chocolate notes. Besides the fact that the plants are pressed to extract oils, the roots are also crushed and soaked to produce a stronger and more typical ginger aroma. 

The rich and at the same time delicate aroma of the drink reveals notes of quinine, ginger and citrus fruits, complemented by chocolate-earthy nuances. The drink has a refreshing, bright, clean taste with rich notes of ginger and a long warming aftertaste.
