Fever-Tree, Mediterranean Tonic is made only from natural ingredients, without artificial sweeteners, flavorings or preservatives. The tonic is made by mixing the essential oils of flowers, fruits and herbs, which were collected from all over the Mediterranean coast, with the highest quality quinine from the “febrile trees” of East Congo, creating a gentle bitterness in the tonic water. Additional ingredients are elderberry from Gloucestershire, ginger from the Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), from Nigeria and India, lemons and limes from Mexico, thyme and rosemary from the Mediterranean coast of France, vanilla from Madagascar. The result is a unique, delicate tonic with beautiful floral shades. 

The refined tonic aroma reveals hints of quinine and citrus fruits, complemented by spicy nuances.  The tonic has a fresh and bright taste with notes of quinine, flowers, thyme, rosemary and a long, pleasant aftertaste.
