Sânzienele takes its name from fairy-like beings of Daco-Roman mythology that still appear in Moldovan folklore. A bright straw-coloured dry white wine from the local varieties Fetească Regală, Fetească Albă and Viorica, it has a floral bouquet and a fresh palate of green apricot, grapefruit and gooseberry. Pairs well with fish and seafood. 13% ABV.
