Gift Certificates Regulations

1. The "Alcomarket" gift certificates can be purchased in Alcomarket stores (including online at www.alcomarket.md) and are accepted as a payment method in any Alcomarket stationary store. Store addresses can be found on the website www.alcomarket.md.
2. Payment for the "Alcomarket" gift certificate can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or by bank card.
3. A gift certificate is considered a payment instrument, and its value corresponds to the monetary equivalent in MDL.
4. If the value of selected goods exceeds the nominal value of the certificate, the difference can be paid in cash or by bank card.
5. If the value of the selected goods is less than the nominal value of the certificate, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
6. When presenting multiple gift certificates, their values are summed.
7. After goods are paid for using the gift certificate, it is retained by the seller as proof of payment for the sold goods.
8. In case of loss of the "Alcomarket" gift certificate, a duplicate will not be issued, and its nominal value will not be reimbursed.
9. The Alcomarket store network is not responsible if the certificate is used by another person or lost.
10. The validity period of the "Alcomarket" gift certificate is indicated on it.
    10.1. If the validity period is not indicated, it will be one (1) year from the date of purchase.
11. The gift certificate has a special level of protection. If the seller has doubts about its authenticity, they have the right to retain it until its compliance is confirmed.
12. The "Alcomarket" gift certificate is the property of the Alcomarket store network (SRL "Business Market").
13. All promotional discounts may be applied when making a purchase with the "Alcomarket" gift certificate.
14. After redemption, SRL "Business Market" will ensure the destruction of the "Alcomarket" gift certificates according to the established procedure.
15. The gift certificate is valid only when accompanied by a receipt.
