This fine sake from Japan is made from relatively highly polished rice grains and brewed slowly at low temperatures. This creates a particularly fine, elegant rice wine with a distinct flavor. Misen Ginjo Sake is refined with a small amount of additional distilled alcohol. The bouquet is fresh and floral with hints of apricot. The taste of this sake is very mild and fruity, with hints of apple, pear and grain.
