Academia Saperavi is the essence of the impressive Georgian variety of the same name, reinterpreted by the pure expression of the Purcari terroir, resulting in an authentic wine with a fulminant aroma. The creation of this wine involved the symbiosis of several key elements: the diverse terroir, the vines that perfectly convey the music of the soil, an absolutely unique harvest year and, last but not least, the passion and courage of the winemaker. Fermentation in a clay amphora and a short rest in an oak barrel allowed us to obtain a pure wine, which evolved without the involvement of other factors. A wine produced from the best grapes in Moldova, cleaned, cooled and allowed to follow its path to fermentation in a natural way, which nature has painted in an intense ruby ​​with purple reflections and perfumed with explosive aromas of plums and fruits ripe.
