The sweet non-alcoholic red wine J. P. Chenet, "So Free" Cabernet-Syrah, Alcohol Free is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes. The grapes are grown in the company's vineyards in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. After traditional winemaking, the de-alcoholization process is carried out through vacuum distillation. This innovative process requires neither the addition of chemicals nor heating. It is a labor-intensive process — to carefully remove the alcohol from the wine, at least 30 hours are needed. This technology preserves the quality of the wine's structure, taste, and aroma without the addition of artificial substances.
