Alb de Tomai Dry White Wine

This blended wine is produced using traditional techniques from selected Chardonnay, Riesling, and Viorica grapes grown on the Tomai-Vinex SA vineyards. Color: pale straw. Aroma: a white blend with floral notes and fruity hints of peach, apricot, and ripe pear. The minerality of Riesling adds freshness, while the presence of Viorica grapes brings new aromas of basil and lemon zest. Taste: elegant, smooth, and complex, with a floral aftertaste. We recommend enjoying this wine with poultry or fish dishes, as well as soft cheeses such as Brie, Camembert, and goat cheese.
