Dry red wine, obtained from selected grapes of the Saperavi variety, harvested in the southern part of the Republic of Moldova, the Valul lui Traian wine-growing region. Maturation of the wine in oak for 3 – 6 months. Alcohol content 13% vol. Intense red color with a hint of pomegranate. Aroma of black berries, blackberry, ripe cherry with fine notes of chocolate. Gastronomic pairings steak, grilled meat dishes, various spicy meat dishes.
