The whisky is released in limited editions, with only 5000 bottles produced each year. Fuyu is a true expression of Japanese craftsmanship. It is made using 80% grain distillates and 20% malt distillates. The whisky is aged in American white oak barrels. Fuyu whisky has a golden-amber color. Its harmonious aroma unfolds with floral notes, caramel, and spices. The taste is soft and round, with hints of ripe peach, dried fruits, cocoa, and vanilla. A long, warming finish.
