Mileștii Mici sweet sparkling wine is made by the Charmat method from a blend of European white wines. Golden-yellow in colour, with fine, delicate bubbles. A rich bouquet with fruity aromas of apple and pear. The pleasant, sweetish, persistent taste pairs well with cheesecake, whipped-cream desserts and panna cotta. Serve at 6–8 °C.
